MARVEL Avengers Academy App Reviews

Ever since I first installed, I have had issues with the app crashing. With the latest event, Halloween, Ive only been able to login once or twice, so that makes it very difficult for me to be active during this event. I cant wait for another update, so I MIGHT be able to FINALLY login... Hopefully... Until then, 1 star. ALL THAT BEING SAID: I love the game, when Im able to play.

I really want to love this game, as it gives me Marvel while letting me build my own little town (academy). It took me a while to get into this, but Im starting to enjoy playing. But this Halloween event is the first one Ive actually been a part of, and its absolutely ridiculous how greedy TinyCo is. Ive put a couple days worth into the event and dont have enough candy to get the first item I need to get Lightning Loki, which I then need to get another character, or do anything else with this event. And I really want to get Ghost Rider, but to basically have to spend $10 on just the one character??? And then Im sure Blade will be another $10 at least. And lets not forget that these missions during the event arent giving you coins and candy, so you can either work on the event or the regular game, but not both. Oh, but Im SOOO glad Im able to watch one ad for one shard. Maybe if I can skip out of work for the next few weeks Ill be able to get about 10 shards. :-/ Seriously TinyCo, we get that you have to make money too, but you can do it without being tools.

Cool game but i have one request, can u add Spiderman (Peter Parker) that would be really cool if u do thank u

Extra characters are expensive, the characters you unlock from previous events (ex. Daredevil and Hellcat for example) are effectively useless after their respective event and dont appear to go into the mission rotation. Bottlenecks with specific missions (almost everyone needs to use the "study at the library" and when you have three or four characters with multi-hour quests there it slows you down tremendously). That aside a fun game but I agree with some of the folks saying the events almost feel like theyre designed to require in-app purchases to progress in.

Everyone knows the Daredevil event was a disaster. But not this event! Everything is so balanced! I already have everything I must have with 2 days to spare. Im trying to level up my characters which is a bit hard, but I think I can do it before the event ends. The candy drops are great and the hangout mechanic is pretty cool. Hopefully the rest of the event remains balanced or they raise the amount of candy given if the amount wanted is raised! I wouldve rated the game 3 stars during the DD event, but this event deserves 5!

Easily one of the best freemium games Ive played. Fun interplay between the characters too

How am I supposed to unlock Moon Night and Penguin Falcon if they are the ones that can defeat the green ghosts (which I need to get the items to unlock them)? Like Im not going to pay for Ghost Rider to unlock them.

The character designs are wonderfully crafted, and the dialogue between them all is witty and fun! Only wish there was some more "Down Time" between special events.

As others have said, this game is a lot of fun. That being said, the designers have set the prices/rewards at such unrealistic difficulty that you either pay or never truly enjoy. I for one WOULD pay to enjoy a "free" game, but not at the silly level this game sets.

I like Avengers Adcademy because you get to see marvel superheroes as teens

Ever since Halloween I cant get on the app Ive tried for hours I tried more then 20 times common they got to do better then this I know its a new game bus its just bad that you cant log in

Addictive but super grindy.

I love the game but right now I cant play it right now it down I wish they can fix the bug so I can continue to enjoy

Update: downloaded the new version of the game. The game will not open if low power mode is active. Will occasionally not run when wi-fi is turned off. Even when it works, the app will ALWAYS crash at least once before actually starting. Original post: Just updated my phone; the app now crashes every time I open it.

I love this game! Really cool and love the characters (especially Tony, Loki and my bae Wasp). If youre a Marvel fan, get this game!

A fun way to pass the time.

This Game Is Awesome!! Its so much fun building an academy and collecting and leveling up cool Heros. However I have on suggestion maybe add more Heros that you can unlock not from spending real $$ or events but otherwise this is my favorite game I have on my phone
